 Blogging  has been around for many years now, Millions of people are using  blogging  as an outlet for their emotions, Their own little planet in cyberspace where they can blurt out absolutely anything they want whenever they want. Then there’s those who have turned to  blogging  to make money. Many businesses and marketers have discovered that  blogging  is one of the best marketing tools that doesn’t cost anything, not one single cent!

So what is  blogging ? A blog is the is the term used to refer to a web log. Put simply a blog is an online diary or journal. A blog can be set up for zero cost, and can be used for virtually anything. Whether it be just for the fun of it, like an online diary, or for business purposes.

 Here’s a few tips you can use to increase advertising using your blog:

1. Write about your business objectives and plans, all your blog posts are stored in archives which means that not only can it be referred back to but also accessed by anyone browsing the web.

2. Make your readers aware of your other websites. Tell your readers about new products and affiliate websites that you like.

3. Write your own posts regularly so that the search engines notice you,They like good original content. If you just copy and paste articles into your blog the search engines will just zip by without taking a second look simply because they’ve seen it before.

5. Include links in your blog that will bring back links and so improve your ranking on search engines. You can do this by posting articles on your blog and including affiliate links to earn extra income.

6. A blog allows readers to leave comments which enables you to get a response from your readers. From the responses you get you can not only learn but you’ll also be able to improve your products and services.

7. When you have something good in your blog other bloggers notice and they will often put you in their favorite list, that will automatically link your blog to their blog which in turn increases readers.

You can either load a  blogging  software, WordPress being popular, to your web space if you have any or let a  blogging  hosting service do it for you. Host services such as WordPress.org and Blogger.com are the most popular and give you easy instructions on how to get started and put your blog on the world wide web.
