1. Make sure you have fully updated Windows 8.1 install

2. Right click the start button and type regedit

3. Navigate to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows”

4. Create a new key called “SHWindowsPoolS14″.

5. Restart your PC and check for new updates. Install all the updates that show up.
