Kinect Action Games
There was one kinect action game in the first installment of Xbox kinect games in November 2010 and this was Fighters Uncaged, but there are some more kinect action games to look forward to 2011.
Fighters Uncaged is the first kinect action game with the new kinect controller has had very mixed reviews. The Microsoft Kinect controller allows you to create and master 70 different types of moves pulled from a variety of real martial arts disciplines. They can be used on their own or strung together in combinations for maximum results. The game features 21 different gritty game environments in which players will be matched up against enemies with distinct fighting styles and character attributes
Probably the first kinect action game coming up for 2011 will be UFC Trainer.
UFC Trainer is a fighting game that places players in the iconic mixed martial arts fighting cage, known as the octagon, with the most devastating MMA fighters to be found in the UFC.
We have a couple of kinect shooting games to look forward to in 2011. The information and release dates about these games are a little sketchy at this time, but this is what I have researched so far. With the Xbox kinect controller you should have a free range of motions so you will be able to experience more of the battles.
The first kinect shooting game is Steel Battalion – Heavy Armor.
Set in 2082, Steel Battalion Heavy Armor depicts a world devoid of computers, where war is waged with rudimentary weapons as new superpowers struggle for dominance. In a twist of fate, the US army has been forced to begin major landing operations on what was once its own soil. In this low-tech era there is one weapon class that will determine the course of the war – the Vertical Tank. VTs are guaranteed to instill fear in enemy forces when they burst onto the battlefield; but they are nothing without the crews who man them. Lacking computer aided weapon and piloting systems; these brave men and women must now rely on skill, intuition and each other to ensure victory.

The next kinect shooting game is Codename D; this was introduced at the Tokyo Game Show in Japan in 2010 by a manufacturer named Grasshopper. But again very little is known about this game, if you would like to look at the video of codename D.
Project Draco is going to be a kinect only game. Looking at the trailers the game seems to be centered on flying dragons.
One of the best looking kinect action games coming in 2011 is Forza Motorsports 4, an Xbox racing game with flare. If it’s anything like any of the other Forza racing games, it will be fun.
